  • 500 gr. Whole made milk
  • 150 gr. Cacao bitter Ziccat
  • 50 gr. Granulated sugar
  • 250 gr. Dark chocolate drops 51 % Ziccat
Mix accurately sugar with cacao in powder checking not to leave any lumps of cacao. If cacao appear in lumps than sift it with a strainer before to mix it with sugar. Boil the milk, when it begins to simmer add a mix of sugar and cacao gradually turn with a whip . once you added all mixture, reduce heat and simmer turning continuously for two minutes ensuring that everything begins to thicken. When it will be condense switch off the heat and add chocolate, still continuing to turn it till the complete melting. Serve it in the big cup accompanying it with whipped cream and biscuits as you like.
