Products offered on the website correspond to the national legislation and the existing Community legislation in Italy. The Products description is provided by Ziccat. Images and colours of the Products may be different from the real ones because of the effect of local system settings and /or instruments used for their visualisation.
All the Products sold on the website www.ziccat.it are covered by the legal warranty in conformity with the art.128-135 of the Consumer Code (“Legal Warranty”). Legal warranty is reserved by Consumers.
In case of the conformity defect of the Products purchased compared with the description published on the website, you have the right to Product exchange, without any additional expenses, if such is possible relating to the numbers of samples still available for sale, unless the exchange and repair don’t result excessively burdensome for Ziccat in consideration of the value of the goods they would have, if not for the defect of the conformity, and the entity of such a defect. Alternatively, you have the right to termination of the contract or to reduce of the price, with the conformity to the following provisions.
Ziccat is responsible to you for any defect of conformity existing at the moment of delivery of the product . The defect of conformity should be denounced to Ziccat, otherwise the warranty terms would be expired, within two months from the date when it was revealed. Unless you prove otherwise, it is presumed that the defects of conformity which are manifested within six months from the delivery of the product that existed on that date, unless such hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the product or with the nature of the defect of conformity. In order to take advantage of the Legal Warranty, you should provide evidence of the date of the purchase and delivery of the product.
In case of the termination of the Contract , Ziccat will return the price paid, and likewise the shipping costs and eventual additional expenses. In the case of the price reduction, Ziccat will return the amount of reduction previously agreed. In any case, the amount of reimbursement will be communicated by email and will be accredited via the same means of payment used for a purchase.
Customer should agree on the modality of shipping of the merchandise.
The products excluded from the Legal Warranty are repaired products, modified or altered by you in any way. Furthermore, the products excluded from the application of the Legal Warranty are those with eventual defects of the other type determined from accidents or your responsibility that is the use of the product is inconsistent with its intended purpose.
The law also protects you from the possibility the product is found to be defective and provokes the damages to the persons and the things (only for private use, not professional use), with the limits of the self-risk determined in the art. 123 of the Consumer Code. The complaint together with previous facts and the objects involved, can be filed for those subscribed for Ziccat by email or by letter of recommendation a.r.
