Ingredients:
- 200 gr. Of dark chocolate Ziccat
- 100 gr. Of liquid cream for whipping (its possible to use the vegetal cream)
- 40 gr. of chopped hazelnuts
Preparation:
Heat the cream in the saucepan till it boils, than pour it gradually on the chocolate, that we previously put in the bowl, and stir it till you’ll receive a smooth and homogeneous mixture. You’ll get the paste that you should cool in the fridge for about 2 hours. At this stage it will be dense and you can start to form the balls with hands that you’ll roll in the chopped hazelnuts, getting a delicious and simple dessert.
