  • 200 gr. Of dark chocolate Ziccat
  • 100 gr. Of liquid cream for whipping (its possible to use the vegetal cream)
  • 40 gr. of chopped hazelnuts
Heat the cream in the saucepan till it boils, than pour it gradually on the chocolate, that we previously put in the bowl, and stir it till you’ll receive a smooth and homogeneous mixture. You’ll get the paste that you should cool in the fridge for about 2 hours. At this stage it will be dense and you can start to form the balls with hands that you’ll roll in the chopped hazelnuts, getting a delicious and simple dessert.
